- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called in this morning to try and help out a loved one going through a tough time and the woman I spoke to would not even let me speak. I understand HIPPA I worked in a pharmacy for two years. I am not requesting information. I just want to ask a couple questions per the hours of the office. SO RUDE. If my loved one didn't like the doctor so much I would suggest they find a different office. If it had been serious and a client on the phone and this person spoke to them like that it could have been a lot worse than a concerned family member trying to give a heads up to other concerned family members.November 17, 2017by Chelsea Kilzer
