  Been a patient since practice started.. now theyre about the dollar instead of the patient..very disappointing they used to be a great family doctor . Good riddence..

  Absolutely terrible treatment for prospective new patients. This place is absurd. In the last few months I've tried calling 3 separate times to make new patient appointments for both my husband and I and never get an actual person on the phone. Always have to leave a message. Then receive a return call saying we have to "apply" to be "accepted by the practice" before I can schedule our appintments and so I do exactly that and then I never even get a response!! Either way, not even a "no, I'm sorry we aren't accepting new patients" You'd think I'd have given up after all of that but naively I thought they deserved one more shot. So I went by their office in person today to try to make a new patient appointment and guess what? The lady at the front desk tried to give me a freaking phone number to call in! Are you kidding me??? I stopped by the OFFICE to talk to a PERSON instead of a machine. If you're going to make new patients jump through hoops just to get in your office, you might as well just advertise that you are NOT taking any new patients. This place is an unfriendly waste of time. Disappointing.
